Benifits Of Daily Exercise and Meditation.

So friends I have been searching this topic for a long time but I couldn’t get any desired result on the internet so I decided to read some books Like Ikigai,Think Like a Monk,Life’s Amazing Secrets,etc.These are books written by authors who were themselves mediators.And I also read some articles on this topic watched various videos and gained some knowledge on this topic.So I am going to summarize all the knowledge that I gained from all these.I tried it for continuous 30 days.Everyday I meditated for 20 mins and worked wokedout for minimum 30 minutes.And these are some of the differences that I felt in my daily life:

1)My energy has increased by some extent.

2)My mind can analyse things with more clarity.

3)I am analyzing things more logically rather than analyzing them emotionally.

4)I can concentrate better on my studies.

5)I get less anxiety and have more confidence after workout.

6)My self esteem has increased a lot because I am using my time to transform my life in a better way instead of wasting it on social media,Netflix,etc.

7)My focus and amount of happiness has increased a lot in the last 20 days.

8)I am getting a good 7 hours night sleep and feeling refreshed after waking up at 6 AM (I sleep daily at 11PM).

So after doing daily exercise and meditation I am seeing these changes in my life till the 30th day.Thank you guys I hope this information would help you.
